Jacques Torres Chocolate products are available on a wholesale basis. Jacques caters to the special needs of hotels and advises those customers to telephone us directly.

All of our chocolates are made fresh with fresh products. We do not use preservatives, chemical additives, extracts or flavorings. Shelf life for the ganache filled chocolates is 3-4 weeks. The ideal wholesale customer has multiple locations and understands the intricacies of handling food. The ideal temperature environment for chocolates is a cool (60-68 degrees) dry area. Be careful not to display these products under hot lights or in rooms that are not air conditioned. Refrigerated cases are not required.
