Thank you for your interest in Jacques Torres Chocolate. Jacques' chocolates are each hand crafted using only premium fresh ingredients and packaged at our factory. We do not use preservatives, chemical additives, extracts or flavorings.

Wholesale prices are based on a $300 minimum order. Wholesale prices are available for full case packs only.

The ideal wholesale customer understands the intricacies of handling food. The ideal temperature environment for chocolate products is a cool (60-68 degrees) dry area. Be careful not to display these products under hot lights or in rooms that are not air-conditioned. Refrigerated cases are not required. Prices do not include shipping.

Our policy is that all orders be paid in full by credit card at the time the order ships. All of our products are made in our factory and we request that all orders be placed a minimum of 10 days in advance. Orders for Christmas must be placed no later than October 31st with a ship date no later than December 1st. Reorder requests during December cannot be guaranteed. Orders for ValentineÕs Day must be placed by January 20th and shipped by February 1st. Since we pack all of the orders ourselves in-house, we ask that you do not break case packs. If a case pack absolutely needs to be broken, the result may reflect a change in price. We appreciate your understanding.

We ship via Federal Express 2-Day service when the weather is less than 70° at the destination address. During warm weather months, Federal Express Overnight service is used.

Boxed chocolates are packed in our signature brown box with orange logo. Boxes are packed with the chef's choice mixture of dark, milk and white chocolates in three box sizes. Wholesale prices are available for full case packs only.
