The International Culinary Center and New York Magazine collaborate for a weekend of hands-on master cooking classes – The New York Culinary Experience. For this year’s class, Jacques’ taught his students how to make chocolate truffles and a decorative chocolate heart box in which to present them. Take a peek at what class was like!
Jacques stopped by the NBC studios at Rockefeller Center on Tuesday evening and sat down with Andrew Siff for New York Nightly News. Along with all things chocolate, they talked about the University Settlement’s 8th Annual Fine Wine Dinner & Auction. The menu for the event, which is taking place next week, was planned by Jacques and Jacques Pepin and will be prepared by the French Culinary Institute’s Catering & Events department.
