Saveur magazine’s December issue features an article on white chocolate. They asked Jacques for some tips on working with the tricky confection.

Chocolate Chip Cookies “Best Thing We Ate Last Night”
Tasting Table’s first annual Food Fight event took place in Dumbo last night. Jacques’ chocolate chip cookies represented the “chewy” cookie, while Tate’s Bake Shop represented the “crispy” cookie in a friendly battle of tastes.
Zagat’s “Best Thing We Ate Last Night” blog tapped Jacques as the “clear winner in our mind”.

Jacques visits Chicago for No Kid Hungry Dinner
On September 19th, Jacques will join his friend, Chef Jean Joho, at his restaurant Everest, for the first annual Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry Dinner-Chicago. The two will prepare a multi course meal with a goal – to help end childhood hunger in America.
