Jacques returns to Le Cirque once again. Alongside former Executive Chefs David Bouley and Daniel Boulud, these culinary all-stars carefully crafted a four-course masterpiece for 200 guests to celebrate Le Cirque’s 40th Anniversary, a place they all once called home. Jacques worked at the french culinary giant as Head Pastry Chef for 11 years, leaving in 2000 to pursue and achieve his dreams of opening his own chocolate factory and stores.
The event was hosted by Sirio Maccioni and attended by such notable celebs as Tony Bennett. The sold out event was deemed a major culinary success by all who attended.
