The projected production of Jacques’ Easter chocolate is nearing the use of 4 tons of chocolate and selling over 11,000 foil wrapped eggs. With the demand of chocolate increasing, Jacques also talks about his thoughts of expanding outside of New York, possibly to Boston, Chicago, and Philadelphia.
