TimeOut NYC: Jacques’ Chocolate Central

Jacques is back at Grand Central Station to celebrate all things chocolate for National Chocolate Lovers month. Complete with freebies, discounts and plenty of delicious confections. Jacques will be appearing Feb. 10th to meet and greet his fans as well as give out samples of his world famous chocolates.
